Chapter 8 Annoying my worst enemy
NORA POV
How did he even know that I have been hungry? Even if something inside me was pushing me to rush the food, I still managed to control myself, besides, the food won’t run away, right?
We were still eating, when someone called Audrey, and I didn’t need to look back, before I’ll know where the voice was coming from. It was Alex, Ivan’s best friend, whom I hate so much with everything in me. That dude is one of the annoying creature I’ve met all my life, he’s flirty, has bad mouth, and everything about him is just so fucking annoying.
“Alex.” Audrey’s surprised voice came on.
The idiot walked over to where we’re sitting, and took a seat beside me, but seems like he wasn’t alone. Raising my gaze to check who was with him, as expected, it was a lady.
“Yo man!” He shook hands with Alex, before tilting his head to look at me.
“Yooo! Look who we have here, the almighty Nora.” He teased me.
“Nothing good will ever come out of your mouth.” I scoffed, as I rolled my eyes, and started munching on the food angrily.
“But man… how come she’s here, or are you two..” He winked at Audrey, who just gave him an unbelievable glare, before resuming his food. He scoffed and turned to me.
“Are you two…”
“Can you just stop talking? If no one had never told you that your voice is horrible and sounds like a pig’s, I’m telling you today, just stop talking already, it’s irritating.” I rolled my eyes at him. Gosh, he’ll never cease to annoying me, just getting on my nerves whenever he got the chance to see me. He always bullied me back then in school, but he never dared to try it, whenever Ivan was around, for the fear of losing one of his tooth.
“Awwwwwwn, that was harsh.” He frowned, and burst into laughter again. He totally forgot about thw lady he came in with, as his attention was all on me. What do you expect? It’s been a long we’ve last seen each other, and he’s making sure to make use of this opportunity and bully me.
“Am I invisible now?” The lady asked angrily, rolling her eyes at me.
“Hey don’t give me that look, else you’ll regret it. Not that he’s serious with you or something, so what’s the point of those glares, huh? Don’t waste your time with this scumbag miss, he’s nothing, but a flirty pig, digging his dick in every hole he sees, and I’m sure you’re not an exception, so my advice is that you go find yourself someone else.” I smirked at her.
“I hate you Alex!” She cursed, as she sprang up angrily, then grabbed her handbag, and stormed out of the restaurant, wiggling her bones of an ass.
“Aren’t you going after your girlfriend?” I smirked at him.
“You’re so sweet baby, you’re a life saver. For this big favor you’ve done for me, order anything you want, bills on me.” He smiled at me foolishly. So he’s been looking for a way of getting rid of her? This bastard.
“You’re such a scumbag Alex, I wonder if you’ll ever change.” I scoffed angrily.
“Even I have given up on myself babe, I’m not trying to change, coz I know it’ll never happen. Anyways, you look beautiful tonight, how about we go to my room, and let me explore that sexy lips of yours? Those dress will look extremely beautiful on my floor, you know?” He winked at me.
“Stop this Alex!” Audrey’s angry voice came on, as he gave the idiot a warning glare.
“Hey don’t give me that look, I was only teasing her.” He rolled his eyes dramatically.
“Well, sorry to disappoint you my dear, I don’t think that pencil in between your crotches, will fit into a chicken pussy, let alone a woman.” I smirked at him.
Audrey choked on his food, as he burst in an uncontrollable laughter.
He frowned deeply, glaring hard at me, that statement really got to him, and that’s exactly what I want.
“You know you are a witch, right?” He glared at me.
“Maybe, and I’ll make sure that I show you what a witch does. My prayer point is that you fall head over heels for someone very soon, so I can finally give you the taste of what you’ve been doing to me. I bet you won’t be able to take what I’ll do to you. Pervert!” I scoffed, and took a sip from the glass of water.
“Well sorry to disappoint you my darling, I don’t do love, that shit ain’t for me. I mean, look at me, I’m for everyone baby.” He said foolishly, raising his shoulders, like he just said some sweet and meaningful things.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
“Let’s watch and see then.” I scoffed.
“Why do you two always love fighting at every given opportunity?” Audrey chipped in.
“Well it’s this witch’s fault, she’s always looking for a way of getting on my nerves. You heard what she said just now, that my dick is a pencil, like what the fuck! We’ve bath together Audrey, and you know how huge that man is down there, how could she tell me that?” He said shamelessly.
“Can you just stop spilling rubbish Alex? People are listening.” Audrey rolled his eyes, before turning his attention to his food.
“Hey don’t make me look like the bad boy here, and you the saint, we’re into this together man.” He scoffed, before tilting his head, and called the attention of the waiter, who showed up almost immediately, like he was waiting for his call for hours. He placed his orders, and the waiter went to get him his food, before he started eating.
“Yours is worst man, you’re just like a…”
“Please don’t complete that sentence, I don’t wanna lose my appetite.” He cut me off in a pleading tone.
“Pervert.” I rolled my eyes, before cleaning my mouth with napkin.
“So how’s Ivan? I haven’t heard from him this evening.” He said.
Anger rushed through me at the mention of that name, remembering how he slapped me, left me with nothing, but so much pains in my heart. He had never for once yelled at me, let alone hitting me, and to think that he actually did that, because of a bitch, hurts me the more.
“You have his number, don’t you?” I rolled my eyes, and turned my face away.
“Are you…” His voice trailed off, as his phone rang. He picked it
“Yo man!” He said on the phone, and his eyes widened at whatever the caller must’ve told him over the phone…
