Falling for My Contractual Wife

Chapter 670

Joy wanted to visit Carson, but Vivian feared that her parents would be worried if they saw her injured and hospitalized, so she asked Daisy to pick Joy up and bring her over.

Joy did not speak much to Daisy and followed behind her silently along the way.

Daisy looked back at her. "Walk faster."

Joy pursed her lips and looked at her. Her short legs moved faster, and soon, she passed Daisy.

Daisy looked at Joy from behind and clicked her tongue. "This little girl is quite stubborn.

"Why is she so much like Grace at a young age?"

When they reached the hospital, Joy was so tired that she was sweating profusely. She wiped the sweat

off her forehead. Her face was red and adorable.

Even Daisy was softened by her cuteness. She took Joy to the inpatient department.

When they arrived at the door of the ward, to give Carson a surprise, Joy pushed open the door without knocking and stuck her head in.

Daisy followed her into the ward and was shocked by the scene in front of her.

Joy watched the two people kissing in the ward, and her jaw dropped.

Daisy gasped and quickly covered Joy's eyes.

The two people inside heard the commotion and turned around abruptly. When they saw Daisy and Joy at

the door, Vivian fell onto the bed with a bang and buried her face in the pillow.

Her ears turned red at a visible speed.

Carson felt awkward and cleared his throat as if nothing had happened.

"Mom, you're here."

Joy removed Daisy's hand from her eyes and blinked at Carson. "Carson, are you in a relationship with Vivian?"

Carson made a shushing gesture at her. "Vivian is shy. I'll tell you later."

It was rare for Joy to smile happily. "Then, Carson, can you move to our place?"

Vivian suddenly looked up. "Joy, shut up."

Joy covered her little mouth.

Carson walked to Joy and squatted down. "Vivian was injured because of me. Don't make fun of her." Joy looked at Vivian in surprise.

Carson told Joy about Vivian's injury in a few words. Joy frowned worriedly.

It was only then that Daisy found out that Vivian had been injured to save her son. She asked about Vivian's condition with concern.

Vivian looked at her in

embarrassment. "Mrs. Sherman, I'm fine. I might have to stay in the hospital for some time, but I can't hide the fact that I'm injured and hospitalized, so I want to ask you for a favor." .

"Just say it," Daisy quickly said.

"I don't want to get my parents worried, so I want them to go back to Seefer City first. I'm afraid I'lkhave to leave Joy to you for a while. Is that okay?"

"Of course! But..." Daisy hesitated.noveldrama

"But what?" asked Vivian.

Daisy glanced at Joy and said awkwardly, "I just feel that the little girl doesn't seem to like me very much."

As soon as Daisy finished speaking, Joy looked up at her. "It's not that I don't like you."

Daisy was at a loss for words.

Carson and Vivian laughed at the same time. "Mom, Joy is a good girl and has a strong personality. Just don't be mean to her."

Daisy pursed her lips. "You make it sound like I'm a mean lady."

"Let's get out of here and leave Vivian and Carson to their lovey-dovey stuff." Joy raised her head and looked at Daisy.

The corner of Vivian's eyes twitched. "Joy, off you go."

After Daisy left with Joy, Vivian said
