“Huh?” Mackenzie couldn’t help but burst into laughter at Quintus‘ words. Even

Wally was speechless. One wouldn’t be able to come up with such words

without years of experience as a lapdog!

Does his family carry the lapdog gene or something? Quintus acts like this

around Ms. Mackenzie, and his sister acts like this around Emmanuel. It’s

causing discord in Ms. Mackenzie’s marriage, for Emmanuel hasn’t been

picking Ms. Mackenzie up from work.

“Mackenzie, are you free tonight? We have a party, and if you attend, you will

Mackenzie’s expression or what Wally thought. He was just shamelessly being

a lapdog. “Your beauty and temperament should be presented to everyone!

Do you know that you’re the most elegant flower in Yeringham? Please don’t

keep your beauty to yourself. Otherwise, it would be a waste. What a pity!”

If he had said such words in the past, Mackenzie would have scolded him

and left. However, she was in a foul mood that day and thought Quintus was

right! She married Emmanuel despite having countless pursuers, yet he still

wanted to embrace other women. It was truly infuriating! Yesterday’s

incident still bothered her, and she was thinking of finding someone to have a

drink with. If there was a party, it would save her the trouble of inviting

someone out.

“Fine, let’s go and check it out.” Mackenzie surprisingly agreed to it, leaving

even Wally extremely surprised.

“That’s great, Mackenzie. Get in my car, and I’ll take you there!” Quintus

wanted to take advantage of the situation and even planned to kick Zane out

of the Land Rover once Mackenzie agreed. Fortunately, Mackenzie rejected

his offer, and Zane escaped his fate.

On the other side, Chloe and her sister had arrived at the Northern Riverside

Villa ahead of time. Seeing the luxury cars in the parking lot and the bustling
