Chapter 552
I had Kevin to support me, the shareholder in Evelyn Studio.
Back in high school, he wasn't just a top student, but he was also a skilled fighter. Few dared to cross him. Though he usually kept a low profile, he always stepped up when it mattered.
Once, he ended up in the hospital after defending me from a gang of thugs. Of course, it wasn't his fault-he was outnumbered. Over the years, he had kept an eye on me, waiting for the moment I needed him.
With just one call, he would follow me to hell and back.
Then there was my best friend, Lianne. She might look delicate, but she was unyielding. Now, she was my strategist, always planning with precision and executing everything flawlessly from behind the scenes.
And of course, there was Ethan. Though he wasn't by my side for now, I knew he had been helping me in the shadows. After all, Zachary wasn't just my child-he was his blood too.
Ethan might have kept his emotions buried deep, but I had no doubt he was pulling strings in secret, removing obstacles and enemies alike. The only reason he stayed in the shadows was his position.
With such a formidable force behind me, how could I fail to get my revenge?
The thought of Murphy being utterly ruined filled me with exhilaration. He held my son captive, toyed with my feelings, and dared to underestimate me. Today would be the day I tore him to pieces.
Madison barked orders, leading a gang of men armed to the teeth as they marched toward Murphy's villa. They bulldozed through the streets like an unstoppable force, breaking through everything in their path.
Outside the villa, a group of bodyguards stood on high alert, armed and ready. Their leader was a towering man with a face full of scars and piercings.
His name was Anton Brown, Murphy's personal bodyguard and most trusted confidant. This man was ruthless, a cold-blooded enforcer who had carried out Murphy's dirtiest deeds.
But even someone like him couldn't stop my searing rage.
With a powerful kick, the doors opened with a slam, and I stormed in. Anton roared and charged at us with his men. Their attacks were ferocious. For a moment, fists blew, blades clashed, and chaos erupted.
Madison smirked coldly. She struck down a burly man with a swift chop to the neck. "Is this the best you've got? Pathetic!"
Kevin, as skilled as ever, moved with lightning speed and took down one bodyguard after another with precision and ease.
The gang fighters fought like wolves-fearless and bloodthirsty. Armed with steel pipes and spiked maces, they tore through the guards with unrelenting ferocity, leaving the front yard scattered with bodies.
Anton, too, was no match. I kicked
him to the ground, and he let out a pained howl. Planting my foot firmly on his chest, I glared down at him with a cold smile. "Learned your lesson yet? Now, tell me where's Zach?" noveldrama
Anton grimaced. He suppressed his pain and sneered, "You think you lowlifes can make me talk? Dream on!"
Fury surged through me. I raised my foot to kick him again. "Not talking? Fine, I'll beat the answer out of you!"
"Evelyn, over there! There's a camera!" Madison's voice rang out suddenly. I followed her pointing finger and spotted a surveillance camera mounted on the wall, aimed directly at us.
Murphy had clearly prepared well. I smirked and gave Madison a look. She understood immediately. She grabbed a steel pipe and smashed the camera. It was shattered to bits that it could no longer record our movements.

Satisfied, I nodded and addressed the group. "Listen carefully. What we're about to do leaves no room for mistakes. Today, we're bringing Murphy down and destroying him completely so he can never harm anyone again! Charge!"
The mob surged forward. With weapons raised high, their roars echoed like
thunder as they stormed into the villa.
What do you think?
