Stuck In The Wrong Marriage

Chapter 15

Happy reading….

“Please take care of everything first,” said Haidar to the assistant who was now standing tall in front of his desk.

“If I may ask, where are you going, Mr. Haidar?” asked the man who was the same age as Haidar, Ridwan.

Haidar smiled faintly after he finished putting his coat back on. “Take care of the future,” he said, making Ridwan smile sweetly. This was the first time he saw his boss look so happy.

“Sure, sir. I’m waiting for the good news soon,” said Ridwan making Haidar’s smile wider.

“Just pray everything goes well,” he said and took the car keys. “Then I’ll go first. Don’t disappoint me, Ridwan,” continued Haidar and then left after Rindwan nodded in understanding.

It didn’t take long for Haidar’s car to arrive at its destination. Hospital. Haidar took off the coat and vest he was wearing. It felt too formal for her to have to closet like that to enter the hospital. A white shirt and black tie will suffice. The final touch to make Haidar’s appearance perfect is to slightly roll up his sleeves so that his stout hands are slightly visible. Very out of sync with his cute face. Know if Haidar smiles then sugar will feel jealous of him. Yes, that’s a bit of an exaggeration. But as people will agree if you see how charming the man is.

Haidar casually walked into the hospital while looking around.

“Where is she?” Haidar muttered as he continued his steps. Don’t care about the few pairs of eyes of young and adult women who pay attention to him. So mesmerized by Haidar’s charm.

The 175 cm tall man smiled when he saw the figure he was looking for.

Hera Altezza.

It was a little impolite to know that Haidar had someone to keep an eye on Hera. But if someone is in love, even things that don’t make sense can make sense to do.

That’s what Haidar Pratama is currently feeling. He had fallen in love with his business colleague’s wife. The man with the black mane doesn’t care about Hera’s status, he doesn’t even care if the woman now has a son.

It was Hera, who was trying to silence her son, that looked very attractive in Haidar’s eyes.

Haidar walked steadily towards Hera. He just needed to make things look like a coincidence. Whereas in the dictionary of a Haidar there is no coincidence, especially when it comes to Hera. For him Hera was a destiny he had to fight for.

“Excuse me!” said Haidar slowly making the woman turn to him. “You seem to be having a hard time keeping it quiet. Can I help you?” he asked starting to throw the bait.

Unexpectedly the bait was caught well by Hera.

“Sure,” she answered, handing the adorable little baby to Haidar. The funny thing is that the baby immediately fell silent when in Haidar’s arms.

‘You make my job easier, son.’ Haidar’s mind smiled sweetly at the baby.

“Wow! Juan you are so naughty.”

“I think he likes me,” said Haidar, turning to Hera and then at Juan again.

“Thank you very much, Haidar Pratama,” Hera said, sounding very sincere.

“You’re welcome,” replied Haidar.

Juan wasn’t crying anymore. Only a small sob made Haidar sit on the chair there. Honestly his legs started to cramp from standing too long.

“You–”

“Just call you,” said Haidar quickly.

Hera was a little awkward if she had to call Haidar ‘you’. It’s not polite even though they are not too far apart in age.

“Feeling awkward?” asked Haidar. “Maybe I look so old that you feel awkward talking to me casually,” Haidar continued and that made Hera feel uncomfortable.

“It’s not like that — I mean….” Hera went into a frenzy. “Okay. I think it’s better if we talk casually,” continued Hera, who was quickly nodded by Haidar.

“So what are you doing here? Are you sick?” asked Hera, continuing her question earlier.

“My stomach was a little uncomfortable earlier so I came to get some medicine,” the alibi that Haidar had been thinking about for a long time. Very reasonable right?

“Have you found it?”

Haidar nodded slowly without taking his eyes off Hera.

“Yes, I’ve found my medicine. It’s even better than medicine,” said Haidar.

“Ah, really? Thank goodness for that,” said Hera with a forced smile. It wasn’t Haidar’s words that made her uncomfortable but the man’s gaze.

“Juan Xavier!” The voice from the direction where the medicine was taken.

“I’ll take medicine for Juan first,” said Hera.

“Hmm.” Haidar just cleared his throat and nodded.

“Seriously. There’s no way he likes me,” Hera grumbled as she walked towards the medicine shop. Hera was not stupid to be able to interpret Haidar’s gaze earlier but she couldn’t draw any conclusions either.

“Besides, why does he have to like me? While he knows I already have a husband who is even his business partner. That’s impossible,” said Hera again denying all her thoughts about Haidar.

While Haidar chuckled softly at Hera’s behavior, which he thought was so adorable.

“Even your mother’s behavior is more adorable than you, son,” said Haidar, pinching Juan’s cheek affectionately. The little baby smiled at Haidar. And somehow Juan’s black eyes seemed to hypnotize Haidar.

“Why does he look like me?” Haidar softly whispered.

“Haidar?” Hera’s call broke their gazes.

“It’s finished?” asked Haidar rising from his seat.

“Yeah, it’s all over.”

“You want to go straight home?”

“I think so.”

“I’ll take you and Juan home,” said Haidar. Hera frowned. “If you don’t mind,” continued Haidar.

‘I guess I’m just overreacting.’ Hera whispered in her heart. The man sincerely helped her without any intention. At least that’s what Hera thought that made her nod in approval of Haidar’s invitation.

Hera took Juan from Haidar’s arms while the man was carrying Hera’s bag.

“Please come in!” said Haidar opening the car door for Hera.Content is © by NôvelDrama.Org.

“Thank you,” Hera smiled and got into the car.

Like this morning, it was very quiet in Haidar’s car until finally Juan broke the silence and suddenly burst into tears, panicking the two adults who were there.

“What happen about Juan, Hera?” asked Haidar.

“I think he’s hungry,” replied Hera patting Juan’s back lightly.

“Then give him some milk.”

“I want to do it, but the milk in the bottle has run out. I have to feed him directly,” Hera grumbled in her heart. Why did she and Haidar have to be stuck in such an awkward situation?

“W–what?” Look! Even Haidar is also limited there. He really understood what Hera meant.

“I’m sorry… but can we pull over for a bit?” asked Hera quietly.

“Ah, of course,” said Haidar, immediately pulled the car over. After that he immediately got out of the car to give Hera and Juan some privacy.

“Unlucky!” cursed Haidar frustrated. He looked at the car and then at his lower body. He snorted softly when he saw that his pants were slightly puffed up.

“Why do you have to wake up now?” he grumbled scolding that small part of his body. Haidar took a deep breath and then left.

“Looks like I have to finish it myself,” Haidar muttered looking for the nearest toilet in that place.

To be continued….
