Super Mommy and Her Triplets

Chapter 747

Chapter 747

Artemis fell silent, then countered, “Do you think I'd let her do that? If I were, I wouldn't have put on that act last night.” Zeke nodded.

“Alright, as long as you're not going to. If you're really planning to drag her down with you, don't blame me for turning against you.”

Artemis agreed.

“Tell me your plan and what you want me to do. I'll do my best to cooperate.”

Artemis never intended to let Bailey die with him. Since Zeke was also unwilling, their interests aligned perfectly. And if they could find a way to resolve this, that would be the best-case scenario.

Zeke glanced at Artemis and commented, “I know I shouldn't have separated you two, but Bay has suffered too much over the years. I can't let my sister die like this. Right now, her mind is made up. If you die, she definitely won't live alone. So, I suggest erasing her memory. It just so happened I know a renowned hypnotist. Let's have him hypnotize Bay.”

Artemis didn't quite agree with Zeke's suggestion.

He shook his head and replied, “When it comes to hypnosis, I'm afraid no one in this world can surpass her. Hypnosis will have no effect on her, so it's better to switch to memory loss pills instead.”

“Can you get amnesia pills?”

“Yes, I can. Tarragon specializes in developing this drug for high-ranking members who want to leave

the organization. The drug is very potent and can cause a person to lose all their memories. I can ask them to adjust the dosage appropriately, so it only erases the part of her memory related to me.”

Zeke didn't respond immediately. Then he uttered through gritted his teeth, “Alright, it's settled then. Artemis, you're sure you're okay with this?”

Artemis' lips twitched slightly, revealing a bitter smile.

“It doesn't matter. I don't want her to die. I have no choice.” He then got up and walked towards the door.

“I'll order them to prepare the memory loss pill. Let's carry out the plan as soon as possible. I don't want her to overwork herself and ruin her health.”

Zeke followed Artemis' departing figure, sighing silently.

Do they not love each other? No, they consider each other more important than their own lives and are willing to die for the other. Alas, fate is cruel. It seems they are not destined to share a lifetime of happiness together.

Zeke thought miserably. Inside the laboratory, Bailey squinted her eyes while reading the data report in her hand. Her delicate eyebrows furrowed tightly together.

The mixture of components in the drug was incredibly complex, with many toxins she had never even heard of. Developing a drug based on this was nothing short of wild fantasy.

“Master Lynch, you've been studying it for a few days and made no progress at all?”

Henley sighed and shook his head.

“Don't say progress. I haven't even figured out the right approach. I'm not good at dealing with poisons; that's Maerlus' specialty. I've been thinking... Since your master exhausted all his knowledge and still couldn't find an antidote, maybe we should stop trying too.”

Bailey instantly felt all her strength leave her body and slumped onto the chair. After a brief silence, she picked up the report that had fallen on the ground and continued to study it.

Bailey, oh, Bailey, haven't you already made up your mind to end this life with him? Regardless of whether you can find the antidote or not, wherever he goes, you'll follow. Why are you going through all this trouble still?

Bailey thought.

“Master Lynch, I understand what you're saying, but I still don't want to give up. Please go and rest. I'll take over the lab.”

“How foolish you are.”

Henley sighed before walking out of the laboratory.

Foolish, am I?

Bailey couldn't help but smiled bitterly.

Perhaps. Isn't this world full of men and women searching for love? I'm just one among many others.

Bailey heard footsteps from outside the door. A moment later, Cameron burst in.

“I just woke up. I can study with you.”

Bailey gave him a cold stare and opened her palm toward him.

“Give me my portrait.”

Cameron rolled his eyes and replied exasperatedly, “You're planning to die with Artemis anyway, so why are you still thinking about that painting? Just leave it to me as a memento.”

Bailey didn't know how to respond.

Back at the Fletcher residence in Dellmoor. Inside the bedroom, Mrs. Fletcher was leaning against the headboard of her bed. Her face was pale, and her lifeless eyes stared at the landscape painting on the wall opposite her.

Raiden stood by the bed and said gently, “I've already analyzed the situation for you and provided you with Bailey's number. Whether or not you want to save my father is entirely up to your decision.”

Mrs. Fletcher suddenly looked up, her fierce gaze directed at Raiden.

She spitted out through gritted teeth, “What makes you think Bailey can save your father?” Raiden

merely nodded.

“Because she is the world's best hypnotist, Ethereal.”

“What? She's Ethereal?”

Mrs. Fletcher's expression showed a hint of surprise. However, in the blink of an eye, it was quickly replaced by a raging fury.

“You really go all out to make me bow down to that woman, huh? Why should I believe you?”

Raiden gave her a sideways glance and casually replied, “Whether you believe it or not is up to you. If you don't, you'll have to watch my father spend the rest of his life in a coma.”

He then turned around and walked towards the door. Tamara watched Raiden's indifferent figure and suddenly became anxious.

“Fine, I believe you. Are you happy now? Aren't you on good terms with Bailey? Why do you need me to ask her for help? Just give her a call and ask her to come over. Why do I have to beg her? I am your mother. Can't you at least leave some dignity for me?”

Raiden continued walking and said, “The reason she came to Dellmoor previously was to save Father. Since you've driven her away, it's only natural that you should personally go and invite her back. I don't plan to interfere, so you'd better handle it yourself.”

Tamara was at a loss for words. Tamara stared at the note on the quilt, her teeth grinding loudly.

Do I really need to ask her for her forgiveness? I had called her a good-for-nothing before, and now I have to beg her? It's like slapping myself!

Tamara thought begrudgingly. Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org

“Bailey... How I wish I can tear you into pieces.”

Meanwhile, in the guest room. Yolanda managed to avoid imprisonment by flaunting her status as the daughter of a prestigious hypnotist family. Instead, she was merely confined to her room by the Fletcher family. The door opened, and a housekeeper walked in with a tray.

“Ms. Gibson, dinner is ready.”

As the housekeeper set the tableware, she lowered her voice and said, “I overheard the conversation between Mrs. Fletcher and Mr. Fletcher. Bailey is actually Ethereal, and Mr. Fletcher seems to know something will happen. That's why he appeared so calm, even forcing Mrs. Fletcher to beg Bailey for help.”

Yolanda was not unsensible. After hearing the housekeeper's report, she immediately realized what it meant.

“No wonder. I haven't even performed my hypnosis yet, so how could that old man become a vegetative person? It turns out Bailey was behind this. She made me lose the trust of the Fletcher family, so she could take my place and steal my spotlight. I must get rid of her.”

Meanwhile, in the Hoffman residence. Juliana was feeding Huntley soup in the bedroom when suddenly, blood welled up in her stomach. She couldn't help but spit out a mouthful of fresh blood.
