The CEO's Mischievous Little Bride

Chapter 652 Is There a Problem?

In the morning, it was noisy and lively.

However, when Ellie and Molly were deeply connected, Timothy and Sebastian seemed like extra people.

Before long, Molly got sleepy. "Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, I'm tired. I'm going to sleep. Don't call me for lunch."

As soon as Molly stepped onto the stairs, Sebastian's gaze followed her, watching her turn the corner. "Molly!"

Molly turned back, glanced at Sebastian, who was staring at her from the bottom of the stairs, and pouted reluctantly. "Alright, I know, I won't go to the wrong room."

Then, Molly walked past her old room and went straight to the bridal suite.

Only then did Sebastian turn back with a smile and say to Ellie and Timothy, "Mom, let Molly rest for a few days. When she goes to the company, let her rotate positions like before. Don't give her heavy responsibilities right away; she'll be stressed."

Ellie said, "When I was in the hospital, she handled everything well, from passing on messages to preparing meeting records." Ellie had even privately praised Molly to Timothy, surprised that someone usually so carefree could be so meticulous and thorough.

Sebastian replied, "The situation is different now, and so is her mindset. Rotating positions will only benefit her."

Ellie's dream of early retirement was shattered.

Sebastian later returned to the bedroom, looked at Molly's face, and smiled slyly.noveldrama

When Molly woke up in the afternoon, she found that Sebastian was sleeping shirtless, not even wearing pajamas. The key point was that he was so close to her that she could touch him with a turn.

"Sebastian, wake up. Why are you sleeping without clothes?"

Sebastian woke up, sat up, and the blanket slid off, revealing his solid, muscular body to Molly. "It's more comfortable this way."

Seeing his so-called abs, Molly pursed her lips, got out of bed, ran to the walk-in closet, and threw last night's pajamas at him. "Wear clothes to sleep from now on. If you don't, I won't sleep with you."

Sebastian looked at the pajamas and said, "I'll wear them tonight."

Then he changed into his gray loungewear. "Let's go, time to eat." Molly smoothed her hair. "You go first; I'll change clothes too."

At The Olteran Manor, Susan was curious about how Molly spent her first day of marriage but was too shy to go to Lilac Manor. So, she was sunbathing on the lawn and chatting with Vera, playing with Theodore in her hands. "Vera, what does a newlywed bride do on her first day at home?"

Vera looked at Theodore, who was on the crawling mat, being rolled around by Susan. Theodore didn't cry or fuss, kicking his little feet, waving his hands, and babbling.

"Count money."

Susan looked at Vera, who added, "If it were me, I'd count money. If it's Molly, I guess she's sleeping."

After saying that, Vera picked up Theodore from the mat, who was warm from the sun. Patrick came back in the afternoon, and Theodore started excitedly "greeting" him. Patrick took Theodore, and he and Vera went to Warren's house together.

They originally went to see Noah, but when they arrived, Noah didn't want to see anyone and went out, showing off with Theodore in his arms.

In the public area of the villa, a group of well-dressed women were pushing strollers, chatting, sharing parenting tips, and recommending parenting programs to each other. Noah, the only man, walked over with the baby, looking at the babies in each stroller, none of whom were as cute as Theodore.

It was also Theodore's first time seeing so many of his kind, and the sounds they made were their way of communicating.

"Who are you?" someone asked curiously when they saw Noah with the baby. "I haven't seen you here before. Is this your child?"

Noah replied, "I live here too, but I've been abroad a lot. The baby is my sister's!" After a brief introduction, Noah joined the group, listening to their sharing. "The parenting teacher said that if a baby's tongue is white, they are prone to diarrhea." Noah immediately pinched Theodore's chubby cheeks, tilting his head to look at Theodore's mouth. "Sweetie, stick out your tongue for me."

Noah couldn't see anything.

"My nanny also said that a baby's health can be seen through their bowel movements."

Noah almost took off Theodore's diaper in public but stopped when he saw Theodore about to cry, quickly holding him close.

Another stylishly dressed woman said, "Let me recommend a place. There's a baby swimming pool that's great for babies. My child learned to swim there. We all know that it's best for kids to learn to swim early, and the water there is very clean." She then opened her bag and started handing out business cards. "This is the card for that place. When you go, mention my name for VIP service."

When it was Noah's turn, the woman handed him a card and added, "How old is your baby? He looks so chubby. You should definitely take him to the swimming pool to let the professionals check him out and help him swim to lose weight."

Noah was about to take the card for Vera, but after hearing that, he got upset. "He's cute because he's chubby. Skinny babies don't look good. We're not going."

At that moment, a voice called out from behind, "Theodore, time to go home."

Patrick had come out to find Theodore and saw a group of people chatting on the lawn from a distance. The round little head and cute little body looked just like Theodore. As he got closer, he confirmed it was him.

Theodore heard Patrick's voice and excitedly clapped his hands, hitting Noah.

Patrick walked up, opened his arms, and naturally took Theodore from Noah, scanning the group of women who were all stunned.

Isn't that Patrick?

Then, the woman looked at Noah in shock and asked, "Is your sister Vera?" If so, then the baby he was holding was Patrick's child.

Noah replied, "Is there a problem?"

Noah deliberately called out to Patrick, "Patrick, why are you out here? Where's my sister?"

Patrick replied, "Your sister didn't want to get tanned, so she sent me to find the baby. Let's go home. Theodore has been in the sun for half an hour, and your sister is worried he'll get tanned and look ugly."

Noah turned to leave, muttering, "A bunch of women, complaining that Theodore is chubby. Chubby is cute."

Theodore was very well-behaved, almost nodding in agreement with Noah.

Patrick patted Theodore's cheek. "It's okay. He has regular check-ups, and your sister is confident about his weight."
