The Last Ceo’s Deal

Chapter 9 You can’t be our next Ceo

CHAPTER NINE.

Diana.

What the hell is she doing here? She was shocked to see me as well but I could clearly see that her eyes were fixed on Fanuel Hudson. She couldn’t even pretend to hide her awe, she was more like ripping him off with her eyes.

Eww! I feel so ashamed right now.

“And who’s she?” Fanuel’s harsh voice surprised her.

Yeah baby girl, your crush is a demon! I say inwardly.

“We are so sorry boss, we actually went to her house to look for her but she wasn’t there, her friend insisted on following us to confirm her whereabouts and her mum agreed to that.” One of the men said.

“I’ve never seen a set of able guys so wack in dealing with something as crucial as this! What the heck!! So what if I never found her, that’s how she would have gone missing forever like her dad!!” He yelled and I gasped.

Found me?

His brother couldn’t help but chuckle while the guy that carried me cleared his throat. He maintained this serious face and claimed to be so angry not knowing that his seriousness is more like a billionaire celebrity acting a script, oh boy!! Guy is so good looking.

“Get the fuck out of my sight!! You All are fired!!” They all gasped in shock.

“Out now!! Before I change my mind to do something worse. And you bitch! As you can see, Your runaway friend is back and safe. Run along with them.”

Fanuel said and Diana just smiled. Really!! Diana would punch anyone who calls her bitch, she would screw anyone who calls her names but here she is smiling sheepishly like a lost puppy.

“I’m Diana, a final year student of chemical engineering. It’s so nice to meet you, Fanuel Hudson.” She shrieks and I loudly scoff irritatedly.

Why is she making it so obvious that she likes him, why must it be in my condition now?

“In one word, Define a rehab.”

“ummm…it’s a place for the crazy ones.”This is from NôvelDrama.Org.

“Good, now who is a psychiatrist?”

“A doctor for the crazy ones.”

“That’s how you should Introduce yourself next time, you’re crazily in need of a psychiatrist in a rehab.”

“What?!!!”

“Get the fuck out of my House!!!!!” He yelled at the already horrified Diana who had tears welled in her eyes.

Poor Diana, second heart break.

The first one ignored her, the second one called her crazy in need of rehab and a psychiatrist.

I was still sprawled on the floor as a result of the almighty slap, never knowing he hit ladies.

His brother was the coolest and calmest creature I’ve ever set my own.

Well, let me not be judgemental yet. He might have this beasty side of him he’s yet to unravel, who knows that Fanuel Hudson will be this cold and cocky, arrogant, aggressive as ever.

His brother has this sweet smile plastered on his face as he stares at his phone, he wasn’t hot, he was decent, calm and has this holish guy vibe, he’s this type that gives you peace of mind by a mere looking at him.

Maybe If he was the CEO of Hudson chemicals, he might have forgiven me and I would be home right now with mum, not transferring Webb’s crimes to me.

Diana was really hurt but it’s just for a moment. The Diana I know will never give up on her crush until she finds a new one.

“It’s okay Dee, tell mum I’m fine, Tell Easton that I love him and he should take care of mum, Take care of yourself too.” I told her and she smiled.

“Ofcourse I will, I will definitely come back and visit,” she said, eyeing Fanuel who seemed distracted with his phone.

“He’s damn harsh Christine.” She whispered silently.

“I know right? I’m a dead meat Dee.”

“Yeah! I will pray for you, so he won’t bury you in a grave before I come back.” I chuckled out loud and I regretted that immediately.

Fanuel clicked his fingers and his bodyguard came forward.

“Throw this thing outside for wasting time here, then come back and get this trash out of my sight and lock her up till I return.”

He says and waves his hands dismissively while he leaves the living room with his brother.

I might not know a lot about the Hudson’s family but Fanuel Hudson is one personality to flee from.

He signals danger.

********

Fanuel’s Pov

I got a message from the board of directors of Hudson’s chemical technology about an urgent and impromptu meeting.

I didn’t argue as I fled from the house asap.

Mr Webb’s daughter was another distraction to deal with later, all I’m focused and concerned right now is the company and its growth.

“I think you’re being too harsh on that girl.”

Jayden said while driving and I scoffed.

“What’s harsh? I didn’t do a thing and you’re complimenting me already. Wait until I start treating her nice. I bet you would love me the most.” I tell him sarcastically.

“You’re unbelievable, she hasn’t even stepped foot in the mansion, you’ve started showing her how sweet you are. So when she finally steps in, what will you now reveal to her?”

“I’ll reveal the most romantic side of myself, can you just concentrate on the road and take me to the company? Her Dad pitched us in this lousy mess and you’re here preaching!! She will see hell!!”

I told him with finalty and he zipped his mouth closed.

We reached Hudson’s and rushed in. I was so eager to hear good news.

Approval of a loan?

Adjournment of Oak bay case in Court?

Patience exercised by other investors?

Anything pleasing to the ears is all I want to hear right now.

The boardroom was already filled up and I took my seat.

I cleared my throat and asked for the reason why the meeting was urgent and unannounced.

The Head of resources stood and cleared his throat.

“We deeply apologize for this impromptu gathering, we fixed this because we have something great to share with you and it shouldn’t be delayed.”

“Okay?”

“The Management team of the World bank has finally agreed to draft a loan we recently applied for under the guise of sorting out a huge contract we just received.”

“Wow!! Oh my God! That’s great news indeed.” I said I was really excited, I knew I was expecting something pleasant.

“Yes sir, another piece of news is that The President of America has given us a one year contract of filtration of bad and polluted oil with the replacement of new and pure oil in his basement, worth 300 billion dollars.”

Now I wasn’t expecting that, Dang!!! That’s a blast.

The biggest contract ever in the history of this company.

“What are we waiting for? Did you collect the contract documents?”

“Yes, we did and we were asked to fill the most vital part of the document, if not the contract will be terminated.”

“God forbids such ill luck” I blasted out.

The accountant stood up and stretched a file to me. He said the most forbidden words I have never wished to hear in a long time.

“This file is a Marital status profile from the contract and the loan, stating the necessary information and requirements to accept the contract. Failure to do so means terminating the contract and its expiring in the next thirty days.

We are sorry Mr Fanuel but you can’t be our next CEO until you get married.”
