Chapter 678
Upon hearing Sasha's suggestion, Shane felt a little reluctant. He said, "But if we hire new people, we'll have to split our earnings with them! If we don't hire anyone, we can keep all the earnings after we complete the projects."
Zane chimed in and said, "But you also need to remember that if people don't receive any replies from you after they contacted you first, they might cancel the partnership proposal."
Shane's head hung down.
Zane continued, "If that happens, you won't make any money out of it."
Shane was still reluctant, but he had no choice but to compromise for the sake of keeping the clients. He said, "Fine, then."
In the beginning, Sasha was very motivated. But soon, she became tired. She said, "Let's hire new people now!"
With work tomorrow, Sasha didn't have time to manage all the miscellaneous tasks-it was a good choice to hire somebody right away.
Instead of posting a recruitment announcement, Sasha messaged several friends to see if they would be interested in working with her. These friends of hers were unemployed, typically spending their time shopping and having fun with money from their parents. Sasha's job offer gained their interest.
Seeing that they were all interested, Sasha immediately explained their tasks and the commission structure. After finalizing the details, she forwarded the clients' contact information and tasked them with negotiating with the clients.
After delegating all the tasks, Sasha felt more relaxed. She said to Shane, "I'm not giving them a huge commission cut. I told them to send the message template and ask about the client's requests...noveldrama
"I also told them to do a background check on the clients. If the client's profile is safe to recommend to another client, I'll give them a 20% commission for each successful case."
Without objections to the proposed figure, Shane said, "Okay."
Then, Sasha continued, "I also want to find somebody to tabulate all the data. I may offer a lower commission rate of 10%, but they will have to do a lot. That means they will receive a significant payment, too.
"This means we'll receive 70% of the income. With that 70%, we'll have to pay their salaries, social security taxes, and other benefits."
Sasha turned to Zane and asked, "What do you think of this arrangement?"
Zane said approvingly, "The work is easy, so it's pretty good."
"It's decided, then!" Sasha said.
Then, she suddenly remembered something and added, "But if they close any deals themselves, I'll increase their commission rate to 60%, and the data tabulator will receive a 20% commission. The company will take the remaining 20% of income."
After saying that, Sasha looked around and asked, "What do you think?"
"It's very good," Zane said in agreement.
I nodded and said, "It's pretty good."
However, Shane was hesitant. Sasha's arrangement meant that they would only earn 20,000 dollars from the 100,000-dollar income they would receive from a closed deal. Shane was reluctant to give up on the money.
Sasha noticed Shane's expression and asked, "Any objections?" Shane immediately said, "No."
"Good, then," Sasha said with relief. Now that all the work had beenĕ delegated, she had less work to do. Sasha leaned back on the couch, ready to enjoy a moment of O relaxation.
"What brings you all here?" a voice asked. When I looked over, I was surprised to
see Yvonne.
What do you think?
