“Huh?” Dolores looked at him as she changed her shoes. “You don’t have any classes over the weekend, aren’t you going to rest at home?”

Samuel replied solemnly, “Simona’s home too. I don’t think there will be time for me to rest.”

Dolores knew Simona was a clingy child.

She helped her son put on his coat and took him to his place of work.

Her son was very quiet, so he wouldn’t bother her much.

If it was Simona, she definitely wouldn’t agree to bring her here.

That child was exactly what a normal child should behave like in this age. As for her son, she didn’t know if Samuel’s maturity was a good or bad thing.

She picked her son up and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Samuel blushed slightly and said shyly, “Mommy.” Dolores smiled. Her son looked so cute when he was shy.

She picked Samuel up and placed him in the car. Then, she buckled his seat belt.

When she arrived at the LEO Corporation, Dolores parked her car. She hugged Samuel out of the car, grabbed his arm and they walked in together.

“Miss Flores, the guests who made an appointment with you last time have arrived,” said her assistant, Theresa. “I have taken them to the reception room.”

The guests had already booked an appointment last month to customize a wedding dress.

Dolores designed several versions for her guests to choose from. She let Samuel play by himself, “Don’t run around.”

“I know.” It wasn’t his first time here, so he was familiar with the surroundings.

The staff here also liked him a lot.

“Make two cups of coffee and serve them to the guests.” Dolores checked the designs again. There was no mistake, so she took the designs and headed for the reception room.

She pushed the door open. A couple was sitting on the leather sofa by the window. Seeing their faces, Dolores stiffened for a moment before regaining her voice. She had a pleasant smile on her face, as if she didn’t know them at all, “Hello.”

She walked quietly in with the designs.

Helen, no, now it should be Maria. Maria’s face suddenly paled, how could it be her?

Instinctively she looked at the man sitting next to her.

Matthew stared at the woman entering the room.

After six years, he had given it all up.

Now he just wanted to live a quiet life. These people, they had nothing to do with her.

Dolores walked to the couch and sat down across from them, as if she didn’t know them. She wore a black suit and crossed her legs gracefully. She put the designs on the table and brought them over to Maria, “These are the designs, take a look at them.”

If she knew Dolores was the famous designer, she definitely would not have chosen LEO Corporation.

She could only force herself to take the designs and opened them. Her hand trembled slightly. Each design had its own characteristics, especially this dress called Initial. It was a pink, strapless, wasp-waisted dress. The design was simple, but elegant.

She didn’t want to acknowledge Dolores’ design, but she really liked this dress.

Theresa came in with two cups of coffee. She bent down and put the coffee in front of them. Dolores looked at her, “Theresa, could you bring Initial’s finished product here?”

“Okay.” Theresa picked up the serving tray and walked out of the reception room. Soon, she walked in with a model. The model was wearing the wedding dress called

Initial.

This dress was even more stunning than in the photo. The specially treated silk fabric of the dress shimmered, especially when the light reflected off it.

The strapless neckline embodied the ideals of sensuality and elegance in women. The dress had a wasp waist, which accentuated the slenderness of her waist. She looked modest and conservative in this dress.

There would be no dress more suitable for her engagement than this one.

Maria reached out to feel the material of the dress. It was soft and smooth, and she felt comfortable just touching the material.

“This dress is the prize-winning work of Miss Flores. There were many people who wanted to buy this dress, but Miss Flores was reluctant to sell it. She has very good taste to have chosen this dress, since Miss Flores decided to sell it.” said Theresa proudly.

Matthew’s eyes were fixed on Dolores’ face, while her gaze was on the dress. She looked at it once when she entered the reception room. Until now, she had never looked at him again.

Dolores still had to design her wedding dress and see how she would become engaged to Matthew.

Mary felt much better at this thought, so she said arrogantly, “Why is it called initial?”

Dolores looked down. When she designed this dress, she thought of her initial dream of becoming an outstanding designer, but she was unable to complete her studies due to some unforeseen events that had occurred. Later, she had the opportunity to complete her studies. After joining LEO Corporation, she designed this dress.

It was her first work, inspired by her initial dream. Hence, this dress was named Initial.

Matthew abruptly interrupted their conversation. He stood up suddenly, stepped in front of Dolores and grabbed her wrist.

Dolores frowned, “What are you doing?”

Matthew didn’t utter a word, but directly pulled Dolores away.

Matthew turned around, revealing his grim eyes that looked like a warning. Mary dared not speak any more. She was afraid and could only remain silent.

Dolores tried to free herself from his grip, but Matthew’s hand was too strong.

She could not escape at all, so she said sternly, “You’re hurting me!”.

Matthew didn’t care about her struggle and dragged her to the stairwell. He pressed her against the wall. His anger boiled over as he glared at the woman in front of him, “Why are you hiding?” Dolores frowned-why was she hiding?

Dolores’ heart fluttered at his words. That day, when she was rushing to apply for the divorce certificate, she was in a car accident. After that, Sampson immediately brought her here.
