Josephine opened her eyes in a daze. The first thing she saw was that Ethan was awake and sitting upright against the headboard.

"Josephine, what are you watching?" Ethan asked.

She lifted her phone. "I'm watching Sky High's press conference. Would you like to watch it together?"

Seeing him nod, she sat right next to him on the bed. Then, she held the phone up so that they could watch it together.

"That is Aiden Chase. I wanted him as my male lead, but he had already signed with Sky High."

Ethan nodded in response. Just as he was about to speak, Zayn appeared on

screen.

He was wearing a simple black suit with a tie. His dark eyes held no warmth, while his face radiated a commanding, almost dangerous aura.

The moment he walked across the red carpet and onto the stage, the cast invited him to stand in the middle.

Zayn grabbed the microphone and delivered the usual formalities before introducing the film. Then came the Q&A session.

A reporter asked, "Mr. Forbes, in the past, you've always brought Mrs. Forbes with

you for important events. Why have you been appearing on your own lately?"

When Ethan heard the question, he tried his best to suppress his reaction, He forced himself not to look at Josephine, but he still noticed her body tense up for a split second.
