My Heart only Beats for You (Natalie Godfrey)

Chapter 2582

Zorion bent down.

He picked up the crushed paper flower on the floor.

He stared at it for some time before holding it in his hand.

It had taken him a long time to fold this paper flower.

He had taken his grandmother's advice.

She told him that he needed to be more romantic to his wife.

Like giving her flowers for example.

Even though he was simple-minded, he knew that buying flowers wouldn't seem sincere.

He figured it would be more thoughtful if he made them himself.

So he began folding paper flowers.

He asked his servants to find a video tutorial for him on his phone.

He was mentally challenged, but he could still learn new things.

He didn't care what people thought of him, he would keep trying until he got it right.

So he practiced all night.

After staying up all night and getting bags under his eyes, he finally did it.

He was overjoyed.

Because he had finally folded a beautiful paper flower.

He was so excited to give it to his wife. But she threw it onto the ground and stomped on it.

She scolded him for it, as usual.

Zorion's heart ached.

He felt very sad.

He then took a deep breath.

He could get angry at his wife.

She was his wife. It wasn't her fault.

It was his.

He was stupid, which annoyed his wife.

Since his wife stomped on his paper flower, it must be because he didn't make it beautiful enough for her.

So this didn't matter. He would just keep practicing.

One day, he'd make a mountain of beautiful paper flowers for her.

Meanwhile at a different part of the Quartley Palace.

Zorion and Yuliana weren't the only ones having problems.

Montez was as well.

He had learned by chance that Yesseca was having some trouble.

Yesseca was trying to develop a new bread recipe.

She wanted to make a type of bread that was delicious and low on

calories so that women could nee

it without worrying about putting on weight.

Yesseca tried many different receipts, but none of them worked.

Montez wanted to help her.

So he asked the head chef at the Quartley Palace.

But the chef said that was an impossible task.

Because for bread to be delicious it needed lots of butter and sugar.

Those ingredients were what made the bread tasty.Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.

Montez was worried that he couldn't find a solution for this.

Then Tremaine, who was currently overseas,

called him.

He noticed that Montez was sighing a lot.

Tremaine asked what was bothering him, so Montez asked, "Dad, how do you make a bread that's tasty but low on calories?" Tremaine held his breath,

But he was wise enough to know that his son had no interest in becoming a pastry chef.

It probably had something to do with Yesseca.

Sheldon had updated him about what Montez had been up to recently.

Tremaine was aware that Montez had gotten back in touch with Yesseca. He had even gone to Agaphen City several times to see her. Tremaine did not object to this.

Montez was free to do this.

As long as Yesseca didn't mind it, he wouldn't have a problem with it.

Tremaine hung up his phone and called his attendant over.

He told his attendant to look for a type of bread that was tasty and low on calories.

The attendant's eyes widened in surprise.

What an odd request from the president!

Strange, the president doesn't look like the type to be greedy, or does he?

After looking at him for a moment, the attendant replied, "Sir, with such

a well-toned figure, I don't think you need to worry about putting on

neht."

Tremaine didn't have the time to explain. He simply ordered indifferently, "Nevermind. Just do as I tell you to."

"Yes sir!"

Later, the same attendant called Sheldon.

He was on good terms with Sheldon.

The attendant asked over the phone,

"Mr. Hawls, never knew the

president enjoyed eating. He just ordered me to look for some bread for him, I never thought I'd see this day come. He seems so

uninterested in food this whole time."
