Serenity and Zachary York



The York men were the same as the men in his son-in-law's family. No wonder the Yorks and the Johnsons had a good relationship. "Doc."

Zachary greeted the legendary doctor politely as well.

Doc nodded back.

Next, he introduced his friends to Zachary and Serenity.

Then, he pointed at Patrick and told Serenity, "Patrick is the person you all have been looking for, Mrs. York. Your aunt calls him Uncle True."

"Please call me Serenity, Doc."

She looked toward Patrick and said, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Patrick."

Patrick and Serenity had never met each other, so they did not share the same excitement as Audrey.

Patrick nodded with a smile and said, "You must be Serenity."

Audrey was right. Serenity did not take after Lisa. They might have looked slightly alike at first glance, but one could tell they did not look similar upon a closer look.

It seemed like Serenity had inherited her features from the Hunt family.

"I'm Serenity. My sister, Liberty, is currently in Jensburg. She'll only be back in Wiltspoon next year."

Patrick nodded.

He asked how Serenity was doing. He was pleased to know she was doing well and that she was strong and independent.

Even if Tiara's descendants had gone through such a tragedy when they were young, they had grown to become talented people.

Old Mrs. York had sharp eyes. She managed to recognize Serenity's talent and made Zachary marry her. Zachary was a lucky man.

Tiara's descendants were definitely capable people.

"Uncle True, masters, shall we have breakfast now?"

Audrey invited everyone to the dining area.

She and her husband helped Patrick up and supported him to walk.

On the other hand, Doc and his friends were still in good health and did not require help.

In Doc's words, they were still strong enough to take down a bull. They did not need help to walk.

After breakfast, Audrey had a long conversation with Patrick. When he started showing signs of fatigue, she quickly arranged rooms for the masters to rest.

Doc gave Patrick two pills to consume. He also checked Patrick's vitals after he fell asleep before leaving the room.

"Is Uncle True okay, Doc?" Audrey asked, concerned.noveldrama

"He's fine. His emotions are much more stable now. He'll be okay as long as he doesn't experience extreme emotions again. The medicine I gave him will improve his sleep quality. He'll feel much better if he sleeps until the evening.

"Patrick has been insisting to visit you guys lately. He hasn't been able to eat or sleep well. Sometimes, they even had to add some medicine to his food to make him sleep."

Doc had flown to Annenburg with Laurence once his winter vacation started. He stayed behind in FC Manor and helped to babysit Oliver. He had missed baby Oliver a lot.

On the other hand, Lilian kept complaining that Oliver cried too much.

Doc wanted to tell her that she was also a crybaby when she was young. Oliver must have inherited his mother's characteristics.

The masters were worried about Patrick's health when they knew he wanted to travel to Wiltspoon. Therefore, they contacted Doc to rush over to accompany Patrick as well.

"Thank you, Doc," said Audrey gratefully.

"Don't mention it. We're family. Old Pat has been plagued with worry for a long time. His condition improved a little after meeting you all today. However, he's only been able to hold on for this long because of his desire to avenge his master and find you guys.

"Now that his wishes are fulfilled and load off his mind, I'm worried he might leave us soon. Anyway, you'll have to prepare yourself mentally."
