You Are My Mr Right

Chapter 233 Lost Control

Elijah took out his phone, and the screen displayed a picture message.

He clicked on it. And then he saw a picture of Freya sleeping. His expression tightened almost instantly. His eyebrows furrowed.

Then came a text message.

“Freya is with me.”

After sending the message, Ronan Vega sat on the couch, feeling quite pleased. He crossed his legs and swayed back and forth. Elijah was overseas at this time. He must be feeling anxious seeing these messages, right? Even if he rushed back immediately, he still had to make it to the country. Wasn’t this time in between particularly agonizing for him?

Freya’s phone suddenly rang. Ronan wasn’t surprised at all, a smile playing at the corner of his lips. “Looks like someone is getting desperate.”

As he spoke, he glanced at Freya. Freya felt something moving on her body. She restlessly tossed and turned.

Ronan took the phone out of her pocket and whispered, “You keep sleeping, I’ll answer for you.”

Freya, in a daze, felt that all the noises were sources of irritation. She rolled over with her back facing him. Ronan laughed because the incoming call on the phone showed it was from Elijah.

He was getting anxious!

Ronan stood by the bed and answered the call triumphantly.

“Hello.”

There was no sound from the other side. Ronan was about to speak when the voice came through, “Let her answer the phone.”

Ronan smiled and said, “I’m afraid that won’t work. She’s sleeping.”

As he spoke, his tone of triumph was enough to infuriate anyone! Elijah was indeed annoyed. He was not annoyed by Ronan’s provocation. But rather, Freya was already with him, how could she still be getting close to other men? And she was even sleeping outside.

And with Ronan.

Even if he didn’t believe that anything happened, it still disgusted him.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

“What should we do? Freya seems to enjoy being with me. How about you give her to me?” Ronan continued smugly.

There was silence for a few seconds on the other end, and then the call disconnected.

Ronan looked at the phone in his hand and sneered, “Did he die of anger?”

After saying that, he placed the phone on the table and casually glanced at Freya. He smacked his lips, “If Elijah breaks up with you because of this, come find me. I want you.”

Freya was already in a deep sleep. She couldn’t hear anything. Ronan found a blanket and slept on the couch. In the moonlight, he looked at Freya, and a smile unconsciously spread across his lips. He closed his eyes. After a while, just as Ronan was about to fall asleep, the door was suddenly kicked open with great force.

Ronan’s eyes snapped open. He quickly stood up from the couch. He looked at the person at the door, about to scold them, when the lights suddenly turned on with a snap. And when he saw who was standing at the door, he was dumbfounded.

Wasn’t Elijah supposed to be overseas?

How did he appear so quickly?!!

Did something go wrong with his travel plans?

“How did you come back? Even if you flew, it couldn’t be this fast, right? Did you die of anger, your ghost flew back first?” Ronan blinked.

Elijah walked in, step by step, slowly approaching. His imposing aura accompanied his every movement. Ronan instinctively stepped back, stuttering as he tried to explain.

“Well, you see, Freya got drunk, you saw that, and I slept on the couch…”

Before he could finish his sentence, Elijah threw a punch at him.

Last time, Ronan intentionally hugged Freya.

This time, did he intentionally make Freya drunk again and cause trouble?

Elijah was annoyed.

Ronan was pushed back two steps by the punch. His lip split, and blood began to seep out. He raised his hand to wipe it away. There was blood on his hand. He looked up at Elijah and said, “Do you have to be so violent?”

Elijah glanced at him and walked towards the bed. It was easy to tell that Freya was sound asleep, not reacting to all the commotion. Getting closer, a strong smell of alcohol overwhelmed the senses. Elijah frowned. “How much did she drink?”

“The two of them finished about two bottles…” Ronan hadn’t finished his sentence when Elijah interrupted, “Did you make her drink?”

“Mmm… too noisy.” Freya suddenly turned over, groggily opening her eyes.

Then, she saw a familiar figure. Someone who looked like Elijah. But she quickly dismissed the thought. It couldn’t be him. She thought it must be her mistaking Ronan for Elijah. She sighed and closed her eyes. “I’m screwed.”

Everyone looked like him.

Was she going crazy?!

Or was she hallucinating because she missed Elijah so much?!!

“Freya.”

A deep voice, hesitant and thunderous, resonated from Elijah’s chest.

This voice-

Freya’s eyes snapped open.
